Q. How can I get my band signed?
Your first step should be record a demo of your work. Quality of recording is not important, so don’t spend hundreds of dollars in recording. Mail your demo cassette/CD to us. Make sure you read the demo submission rules. Then e-mail us info@syrecords.com, letting us know that you have sent your demo.

Q. I am an artist and want to release a CD with SY Records. What style of music is SY Records looking for?
SY Records music genres include Pop, Rock, R&B, Rap, Alternative, Dance, Techno, Funk, World, New Age, Ethnic, as well as Desi (Indian, Pakistani, Bangladeshi, Sri Lankan) music. If you have talent and have passion for music, then send us your demo.

Q. I want to be part of some of the projects that SY Records is working on. Tell me about your projects?
SY Records is preparing to start on several projects, so if you want to be part of one of the projects, now is the time to get in contact with us. We are looking to form all-boy bands and all-girl bands, both American and ethnic. There are also some compilations CDs in the works.
